2024 Girls Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from New Prague Lacrosse.

UNIFORMS

All new girls players will need to purchase a uniform. Returning players can use the same uniforms from last year. If a returning player needs a replacement uniform (no longer fits or other reasons) you will also have that option.

UNIFORM TRY-ON NIGHT

All players in need of a new uniform can attend a Uniform Try-On night. March 18th, 2024 from 5:30 - 6:00 pm, with a pre-season clinic from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Location TBD.

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  Your registration must be valid through August 31st, 2024  in order to be valid to register.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP VALID THROUGH AUGUST 31st, 2024:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
