2024 Boys Registration 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from New Prague Lacrosse.

JERSEYS

All new 10U, 12U and 14U players will need to order jerseys. Returning players are not required to order new jerseys, but will have the option to if needed. Jerseys are provided by the association for 6U and 8U players.   There are three required pieces of the uniform; Game jersey, shorts and a reversible practice pinnie.  Each player must have all three jersey pieces.  The 6U and 8U teams will use an association-provided pinnie and their own shorts.

UNIFORM TRY-ON NIGHT

Uniform try-on night will take place in early February. Once the date has been confirmed, it will be communicated to those who need to purchase a uniform.

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  Your registration must be valid through August 31st, 2024  in order to be valid to register.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP VALID THROUGH AUGUST 31st, 2024:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
